Congratulations to Curtisville Wellness teacher Mrs. Bright, who was recently the Keynote Speaker at the 53rd Annual School Wellness Education Council Mini-Convention at Slippery Rock University!

Mrs. Bright presented to local educators, future professionals, and professors from across the state on building a school-wide culture of wellness that supports students, staff, and families.

“Our wellness program at Deer Lakes is recognized across the state of Pennsylvania and I was proud to inspire others through this session,” Mrs. Bright said. “Our work continues to make a meaningful impact on the school community by promoting physical health, social-emotional learning, and lifelong wellness habits.”
